Due to nature of Hair Industry all hair sales are FINAL. We take the matter of hygiene and public safety serious human hair extensions, and tools are consider hygiene products. TBAA Do Not allow open/used items returned for the safety to all our clients whether purchase through website or in person. If any instance you receive the wrong , contact us via email or phone as soon as item received. You will be provided with options so that you can return and exchange item. Please allow 3-5 business day to inspect return.( product must Be in New unopened condition)

Customer will be notified via email of status of whether approved or rejected.

We will only Exchange New items within 24hrs of delivery, opened merchandise will Not be Exchanged. TBAA is not responsible for shipping cost on exchange items. The customer will acquire shipping cost.(unless there was fault on TBAA behalf) We recommend that send your return with a tracking number as we will Not be responsible for lost returns. Exchange New order will ship after receive and inspection of returned product in original condition.

We accept order cancellation before product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled before time you will receive a full refund. We can not cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
